Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely in a padded envelope or small box to prevent damage during transit.

  Final Inspection and Refund

  After our quality assurance team inspects the item, your refund or new exchange shipment will be processed within 5-7 business days.
